3. 机械脱扣器:由脱扣弹簧、脱扣杆、锁钩等组成,与电磁脱扣器共同作用,实现开关的断开。

4. 断路器本体:由触头、绝缘材料等组成,负责承载电路中的电流。

1. 正常工作状态:当电路正常工作时,电流通过空气开关的触头,电磁脱扣器线圈中的电生磁场,使衔铁与铁芯吸合,保持开关处于合闸状态。

2. 故障状态:

(1)过载:当电路中的电流超过额定电流时,电磁脱扣器线圈中的电流增大,产生足够的磁场,使衔铁与铁芯吸合,通过机械脱扣器使开关断开,切断电路,保护电器。

(2)短路:当电路发生短路时,电流瞬间增大,电磁脱扣器线圈中的电流迅速增大,衔铁与铁芯吸合,通过机械脱扣器使开关断开,切断电路,保护电器和人身安全。

(3)欠压:当电路电压低于额定电压时,电磁脱扣器线圈中的电流减小,衔铁与铁芯分离,开关自动合闸,恢复正常工作。
